About the Role:
Allstate Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated and “LICENSED” Insurance Professional to join their team in Baltimore, MD as a Licensed Insurance Producer and Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities:
- Sell and service personal and commercial insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Respond to client inquiries, policy changes, and coverage questions in a timely and professional manner
- Process policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and new business applications
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to meet client needs and agency growth goals
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure competitive coverage options for clients

- Active Maryland Property & Casualty or Life & Health Insurance Producer License required
- Prior experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Proficiency with agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Knowledge of personal lines, commercial lines, or life & health insurance products a plus
